INTRODUCTION

CashSpace ("CashSpace," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital services that allow users to earn rewards by completing various activities within the CashSpace mobile application (the "App"). Together, these offerings are referred to as the "Services." By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Collection and Use of Your Data
By using CashSpace, you agree to the collection, processing, and transfer of the following categories of personal data:
  • Installed applications on your device (including usage duration and history)
  • In‑app activity data (clicks, engagement, session history)
  • Registration information (IP address, Device ID, PayPal email)
  • Location information (precise and approximate)
  • Camera access (for selfie‑based verification)
  • Notification permissions (to deliver reward updates)
  • Survey responses (name, address, date of birth)
  • Personalized advertising data (cookies, advertising identifiers)
  • Attribution data (User Agent, AD ID, Device ID)
This information enables CashSpace to:
  • Reward users for app usage and playtime through partner integrations
  • Provide earnings for completed surveys
  • Deliver video‑based bonus rewards
  • Measure performance through analytics and attribution tools
  • Securely verify identity for payout processing
  • Offer referral functionality via QR codes
  • Process PayPal payments with fraud‑prevention measures
  • Enhance marketing performance and optimize campaigns
Device identifiers (GAID or IDFA) are encrypted prior to transmission. In certain circumstances, identifiers may be shared with selected partners for operational, attribution, or billing purposes. Users may also voluntarily upload screenshots for validation; such materials are handled and stored securely.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CashSpace and apply worldwide. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to:
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Acknowledge that CashSpace assumes no liability for your use of the Services
  • Waive any right to bring individual or class‑action claims against us
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using CashSpace. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, legal action.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. CashSpace is not an employer or a substitute for employment, and you remain solely responsible for how you use the App and any related website.

USER CONDUCT
By using the Services, you agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the App, Website, or Services for purposes other than personal use
Lease, sublicense, or transfer access to the Services to third parties
Create derivative works based on the platform
Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted areas
Use unauthorized tools, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the Services
Mirror, frame, or otherwise display any part of the Services without authorization
Engage in prohibited conduct or misuse the platform

UPDATES TO TERMS
CashSpace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates may include additions, amendments, or removals. The most current version will always be available within the App or on our Website, together with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are the intellectual property and trade secrets of CashSpace. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or infringement may result in legal liability.
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback to [email protected], you grant CashSpace an unrestricted, royalty‑free right to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback for any purpose.

WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
By using CashSpace, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms
All information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful
Your use of the Services will not infringe the rights of any third party
Disclaimer:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CashSpace does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability of the Services or of any linked third‑party content.
Reward payouts may be requested to your PayPal account once all eligibility conditions are satisfied. CashSpace reserves the right to adjust payout thresholds, delay payments, or deny payouts in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashSpace, its affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services. Earnings may be subject to taxation in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

RULES
To qualify for rewards, you must comply with the instructions and eligibility criteria of each survey or offer.
There is no maximum limit on total payout amounts.
The CashSpace loyalty and rewards program complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policy effective March 1, 2021.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates to that policy.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
